Last winter, a local company reached out to us with a simple goal: create an extraordinary retreat amidst the snowy Pre-Alps for their team who travelled from all over the globe.

Their adventure began with a breathtaking cable car ride, setting the tone for a day of alpine charm. At a private mountain chalet, a comforting pot of cheese fondue awaited them—a must-taste Swiss specialty, perfect for fueling the fun ahead.

After this delicious meal, complete with some games we had prepared, it was time for our team to get some adrenaline. Sledges in hand, the team soared down the snow-dusted trails to the village below, with a starry night sky lighting their way.

The following day brought even more Swiss magic as the team gathered around alphorn players to enjoy an open-air live performance. This ancient instrument is nowadays only played by a few local people and is very difficult to master. 

But the surprises didn’t end there!

They then descended into an underground cheese cave to enjoy a special aperitif, surrounded by hundreds of wheels of aging cheese. This secret fort allows the cheese to age well and be protected. In the middle of this incredible storage room, our team enjoyed a glass of wine, paired with some local cheese.

To close their retreat, we led the team on a scenic snowshoe hike through the pristine winter valley, where silence and snow combined to create an enchanting atmosphere. They ended their journey in a private remote mountain chalet where we hosted them for a morning of meetings, followed by a barbecue lunch around the fire. They left relaxed and inspired, with strengthened team bonds.
