Lake Geneva

Lake Geneva is quite simply one of our favorite regions of Switzerland. In addition to sweeping vistas that reach across the turquoise blue waters all the way to the French alps, you will find chocolate-box villages and charming lakeside town. These include the international city of Geneva, the Olympic city of Lausanne, as well as the Mediterranean-style city of Montreux, neighbor to the spectacular UNESCO-protected Lavaux vineyards. The variety of activities to be enjoyed here are endless and will be a match for everyone in the family. And let’s not forget that you’re also at the gateway of some of France’s most emblematic destinations if you’re up for visiting two countries in one day: the medieval city of Yvoire, Annecy (the “Venice of France”), Chamonix and its Mont Blanc or even Lyon, the capital of gastronomy!

Lake Geneva lays at the foot of the pristine and preserved alpine regions of the Pays d’Enhaut and Gruyère, both known for their very tasty cheese and their historic landmarks nestled amidst the rolling hills and mountain peaks. In order to not miss any of this beauty, we can only recommend you let yourself be whisked away by Max, who will introduce you to our locals, and show you his best kept secrets…
